On paper, the first profile is certainly more extensive. It combines a strong academic background, practical experience, a portfolio of projects, internships, and additional technical training. That would likely attract attention from many employers.

However, I wouldn't compare the two profiles based on credentials alone. Recruiters rarely evaluate candidates by counting degrees, certificates, or GitHub projects. They look for evidence that you can solve real problems and contribute to the role they're hiring for.

For example, someone with a Tier 2 B.Tech in ECE who has completed a few high-quality projects, performed well in internships, and communicates their work effectively may be a stronger candidate than someone with 30 GitHub repositories that are mostly tutorials or unfinished projects.

The same applies to certificates. Nine specialist certifications won't necessarily outweigh one or two that are directly relevant and supported by practical experience.

If your goal is to work at companies like Google, Microsoft, or leading startups, interview performance will also play a major role. Strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, coding skills (where applicable), communication, and internship experience often matter more than the number of qualifications listed on a resume.

So, if the first profile reflects genuine, high-quality experience, it would generally be very competitive. But it's not automatically "better" than a Tier 2 B.Tech graduate.
