Violeta,

Thank you for your interest in Immigration Law!

The process, summarized is normally as follows:
1. Finish high school
2. Get a 4-year degree
3. Prior to graduating college, take the LSAT - Law School Admissions Test
4. Go to law school (3 years)
5. Pass the state bar

Of course there are many sub-steps, such as joining clubs and activities to build an impressive profile, getting internships, aiming for a high GPA in college, and things like that.

One thing I strongly recommend is that you hone your study skills and life-skills (housekeeping!) while in college, because time is at a premium in law school.

Best of luck!
Kim
