How would I become a marine life veterinarian What college path must I take and where should I go to receive the best education for this field??

I want to go into either the medical field or the marine-biology field. Should I go to a college to get a degree in biology? If so, which college? I would really appreciate some guidance on how I am going to achieve my dream job. Thank you!!
