Hi Aisha--I didn't hear back from you to clarify your questions, so I'll try to give an answer. Performing surgery is not the hard part of being a surgeon. The many many years of training to become a surgeon is hard, and as a surgeon deciding when to perform surgery and what type of surgery to perform is difficult.
