How can I start learning business managment from the begging?

I'm 15 and I'm very interested in this topic, I want to start learning and get improve and doing projects, please share with me what you find useful :)

Besides solving problems and focusing on business tasks, it's great to improve how you lead others. You don't have to be the boss to be a leader! Build strong relationships with your peers and be open to learning about your weaknesses. When you receive feedback, try not to take it personally and stay open-minded.
