It depends on how many devices are connected (computers, cell-phones etc). Are you connecting directly to the modem (LAN) or wi-fi. It may not be you or your usage, could be a problem with the provider.

- Check https://www.speedtest.net/ for the speed.
- Are you using big media files (movies, music, video etc)
- Close any windows/tabs not needed
