Hi Jonathan,

I would suggest that you join the airforce academy. Once you're in the airforce academy, airmen can apply for different bachelor's courses. The US Airforce academy offers courses at any education level.

You can start exploring from here: https://www.airforce.com/education/college

Good luck!

Ana’s Answer

I suggest entering the air force academy first. Once there you will be exposed to so many areas where your skill set can be utilized that it may provide you a broader vision of what you want to study once you decide to pursue higher education.

Stephen’s Answer

The Airforce Academy is a great choice if you are oriented to military life. If being in the military does not suit your personality (it’s not for everyone) then there is nothing wrong with the “civilian” route. There are many colleges and universities that offer aviation programs such as Professional Pilot and Air Traffic Controller. Also, one does not necessarily need to attend an aviation university for becoming an airline pilot. I know many pilots that trained at a local flight school and attended a regular university. First decide if you want to spend about 10 years in the military, and if so, find out the requirements to be selected to the Airforce Academy. If not, take a look online at the universities that offer aviation programs. Hope this helps.
