I love being a nurse because helping people when they are sick and scared is very fulfilling. Some days are challenging but it is a great sense of accomplishment when you know you gave comfort and support.

I love being a nurse because I love being able to help people and to be with people in some of the most vulnerable times of thier lives. I alos love that there are so many ways to grow as a nurse as you continue on in your career. You can work with children, infants, in labor and delivery, emergency department... the list goes on! There are also flexible hours and ways to advance your education once you get started as a RN.
