I took general courses like prob and stats, art, chemistry, bio, and anatomy. When I entered the nursing program I took courses in health promotion, concepts, mental health, community health, pediatrics, etc. Your college should have a course syllabus that gives you a brief snapshot of what the course you are taking is about.
