[closed] How good of a reminder is a follow-up thank-you letter?

Hello,

I am a current business senior at Concordia University. My major is management. In addition, I like learning about administration. So far I have only begun learning about management with one class. My current general academic business education has taught me that I need to know how to communicate with others in the professional workplace. Therefore, maintaining relationships is one key to maintaining a great atmosphere. I know that ia follow-up email is a common courtesy and message that someone is interested in something. How well is it received by the other end, such as an employer or a mentor? Can a thank you letter make a major impact?

Thank you for the time. #business #management #communications #communication #office-administration

Feedback on performance is the No.1 motivator of people. This is true with subordinates and superiors and transcends age and cultural barriers. Many of the business relationships you will have in the future are really not unlike those you have now.....for each of us, it is different somewhat BUT, your future successful paths are the ones to emulate as you go forward. Modify as you move ahead and ask people for feedback

I can tell you that the feedback I get here, motivates me to commit to continuing these questions. And you never know what the future will bring so be sure to consistently apply your thinking. When people feel they can count on you you can move the feedback toward collaboration.

I have read many of your questions. Don't worry, no one entering this field has all the answers. You are asking the right questions!

It will take a combination of knowledge, experience and confidence to excel in this field. I think Albert Einstein had it right, " Education is what's left after you forgot everything you learned in school".
