[closed] How do you communicate with others who hardly realize their mistakes, and who hardly ever say he or she is sorry?

Hello,

My name is Aimee and I am a business senior college student. I have an interest in business administration and a concentration of management. Therefore, I would love the opportunity to learn more about managing people. A goal of mine is to gain people and life skills that I can bring with me to the workplace. A common way that people act is that they almost never say sorry when they make a legitimate mistake because they lack manners and common curtesy. In the customer service field, how can someone in a higher position upwards deal and handle the situation. Personally, I realize that I sometimes make mistakes. I do my best to apologize and see what misunderstandings are so that i can learn in the future and help others.

You let them go! Don't you think you should as a manager? They are a bad image and only going to cost you customers!
