Hi! Your personal brand is all about who you are and they don't have to all fit and be cohesive - what's important is that you remain authentic to who you are and what your interests/hobbies are and what you are all passionate about. I recommend outlining what are the skills that your interests/hobbies have helped you develop so you can use that towards your advantage when completing your LinkedIn profile. So for example, being a soccer player means that I need to know how to be a team player.

Great question! One idea is to reflect on common themes across your interests and hobbies. Is it making connections with others? Is it identifying patterns to solve problems? Whatever it is, the theme/themes can be the niche that you market yourself through. From there, you can incorporate that into your social media presence and networking efforts. Some folks come up with a hashtag to use across their social media platforms. Or you can speak to that niche in your Linked In profile and other areas where you are marketing yourself. Basically, reflect on what those interests say about you and what you want others to know about who you are as a person.

What I have done is created my own website in addition to using LinkedIn. Creating your own website nowadays is super easy. I use wix.com. I highlight aspects about my professional experience that I think are very relevant. I also write some blog posts around topics that I'm very passionate about.
