How many years of education do you need to get your masters in business ?
I want to know about this because I feel as if it's an important aspect to think about. I want to make a timestamp from me starting college and moving on forward after that.

Depends a bit on the school you select.
Also depends If you do it on the side of a job,, or full time.
Most Business Schools offer 2-3 years study. IF you do it while also having a day job it is hard, but can use your regular work
as a place to practice and/or investigate.
In the end, the process towards an MBA degree can be very fulfilling. Go for it.

Typically it takes about 2 years to get your MBA, with approximately 4 additional years of receiving a BA/BS prior to that time frame. There are some programs available, however, that allow you to get an accelerated MBA. These programs typically require the first 4 years for your BA/BS, and then an additional accelerated year in year 5.

(It does not require you to get a BA/BS in Business Administration to get into MBA program.) In fact, most of the MBA programs look for candidates with various academic background. Even though you can go into the master program directly after your BA/BS (or other graduate degree program) most candidates have some work experiences after college before applying to MBA.
Most college/university also have MBA program specially designed for "working professionals" such as evening program and executive-MBA program. Evening program may take little longer since the candidates may work full time and take fewer classes in the evening to fulfill the same number of required courses. Executive program is designed for working "manager or business executive" with more experience at upper management level. This program may be shorter and more intensive since the candidate already have some experience managing certain area of a company.
If you plan for MBA, do careful research as which college/university you want to attend. Business school may have emphasis in different study, like finance, accounting, operation management, information management, entrepreneur etc...
