The automotive industry is vast and includes many fields and disciplines so finding your way into the industry is not complicated as long as you fit into a specific or multiple segments.
Today’s vehicles, with the EV market in particular, include many additional fields of expertise other then the old style internal combustion engine vehicles.
Also, the EV industry is growing rapidly and high voltage and battery designers and techs will be in high demand.
The most important thing is to follow your interests so you can continuously grow and improve your expertise.
