My job is fun! I left a stressful and less fulfilling job to one where I can use my skillset but also have fun. In terms of my happiness, I am more happy and less willing to look elsewhere.

There are so many incredible aspects of this, but let's focus on the most inspiring.

First and foremost, people come as the top priority. Building genuine connections with colleagues is essential since we spend a significant amount of time together at work. By valuing and nurturing these relationships, we create a supportive and fulfilling environment.

Secondly, the nature of our work plays an essential role in our motivation. We have the amazing opportunity to make a tremendous impact through the successful delivery of projects. This not only contributes to VISA's growth, but makes it bolder and better, and we should all take pride in the unique role we play in this mission.

Lastly, appreciation goes a long way, both in tangible and intangible forms. Recognition of our hard work, dedication and achievements can truly empower us to continue striving for excellence.

And let's not forget the challenges! They can be diverse, but each one presents a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth. Embracing these obstacles with a positive mindset can make our work even more meaningful and rewarding.

Hey Emily! Here's a positive example to consider – just like how much you adore and cherish your family, despite the occasional disagreements or misunderstandings. Even if your sibling, mom, or dad might upset you sometimes, deep down, you know that your bond with them remains unbroken. After all, love conquers all, and you'll definitely miss them when they're not around.

This mindset applies perfectly to your work life too! When people share negative thoughts about their job, it's usually because they're currently facing challenges and may not see the bigger picture of what they've gained from their experiences. On the other hand, when things are going well, people are more likely to share the positive aspects.

Ultimately, it's important to remember that every job will have its ups and downs, and your mindset plays a significant role in how you perceive these experiences. Embrace each situation with a calm, level-headed attitude, and soon you'll discover your own unique way of navigating through them.

Best of luck, Emily! You've got this!
