A lot of good answers here. What I would just add is your calendar app is your best friend! It helped me tons along with keeping a to-do list.

The real challenge you will find in college in learning how to say NO to many of the activities that will be competing for your time. There is always time for the important tasks; the challenge is in being able to keep your focus on what is important. Do set aside a definite time for studying and stick to it. That's the hard part, sticking to it. You will be daily tempted to do something else, and your inner self will tell you that there will be sufficient time later--but there isn't. Your focus needs to be 1) personal health and wellbeing, 2) coursework, 3) personal time/fun. That is, be sure to get proper sleep and nutrition (don't pig out on snacks and soda and other junk), keep current on all course assignments, and find the college experiences that you enjoy. Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question. Firstly, you have to identify a time management to help you, e.g. Google calendar, phone calendar, MS Outlook, etc.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend the classes
2. Assign some time everyday for your projects / assignment and revision
3. You can find out the time you can have for your part time work
4. Make sure you have enough time to sleep and do some exercise everyday
5. On weekends, you can allocate some time for leisure, friends & family gathering, etc.
You do not need to fill up your time table. You can have some 'me' time to relax and for reflection.

Hi Maria,
One thing you could try is using a planner. Using a planner can help you list out all your current to do items, and see which ones are due first and require the most priority. Often times, checking these items off can make it easy to organize your time and makes it easy for you to track everything!

Invest in a good tool to help you organize.
If you prefer online tools, you can even get some that send you reminders and due dates etc.
If you prefer to see things written down, choose a good planner. There are many in the market today, choose one that appeals to you.
Stick to the plan and hold yourself accountable.
Schedule in time to have fun and protect your mental health.
