At whatever college you attend, most of the time they have job fairs where companies come and look to recruit new hires. These are a great option to find a job and start working straight after graduation. Similarly, many college departments have opportunities for their students that they advertise and that you can apply for. If you still feel stuck, it's also a great idea to reach out to your major advisor who can give you career specific advice!

Sometimes, schools will hold Job Fairs where employers will try to look for future graduates to hire. There are usually different companies in all different fields, so you will be able to see what is out there and learn more about the company. Another way is to go on the company website, reading about their mission and values and if it is a company you think you might enjoy working for, then applying on their career website but on the recent graduate sections versus experienced hire area since you will have no work experience after your graduate. You can also do internships at companies before you commit to them to see if you enjoy the work as well as working with the company. LinkedIN is a great tool to use for jobs as well. You can use the job seeker section and filter for salaries and fields to narrow potential companies you want to work for based on your specifications.
