Most dermatologist basically provides clinical service to patient with skin conditions which maybe eczema,or asking allergies,skin infections,skin malignancies among others,they too conduct procedures to correct or treat skin conditions like keloids,skin tags or mole using either cryotherapy or thermotherapy.
It's an interesting field in medicine however some skin conditions can take time to heal and patients should be communicated on such long therapy periods
