Pick an industry you are interested in and there will be ways to make money in it. Tech sales is a sure bet. So is Pharmaceutical/medical sales. However every industry involves selling. Just find a passion and learn how to sell it!

To keep it brief: Pharmaceutical and technology sales are the way to go. However, other than being a VP or Chief sales officer (you'll need to work up to those positions over time), a forecast analyst, client portfolio manager, and surgical sales representative can all make well over $100,000. Follow your passion and the money thing will take care of itself. Chasing dollars might end you up in the situation where you really don't like what you're doing and you just want the paycheck. You don't want that. Trust me, I've been there before.

1. Before you consider the product you are selling, consider your potential customers. Can you identify with them? Have you been in their same shoes? Do you share their goals and aspirations? Do you share their passion?

2. Now, consider the products you will be selling. Do they ignite a spark in you? Are you intrigued and motivated by them? Do you believe they help to solve a problem that you care about?

Because you've chosen customers with whom you share goals, and you're selling a product you believe in, now you've got the perfect equation!

You've set yourself up for success---which means not just financial success but a livelihood filled with meaning and purpose!

I will recommend real state as you will take a big commission but you have to choose the place that you will start working in as you need a potential country or region where it is considered a highly attractive place to live at , so your work will not be difficult or hard.

Straight sales (in a product you believe in) is the best paying, as long as you are successful. Sales has the greatest incentive rate on the sale itself, with sales support, marketing, sales engineering, etc. all receiving a higher percentage of salary and a lower direct commission (or equivalent) amount.
