It's not complicated at all. In fact, it's the most fun and beginner friendly area of computer science. I think you should definitely give it a shot if it boggles you how the web apps and websites come to be and you have the creative mind to one day make your own.
You should start with basics of HTML (it creates the bare bones basic structure of the website) and CSS (gives the website color, shape all the fun stuff). You'll find a lot of resources on YouTube, try to do it yourself side by side, it's super fun I promise you. Once you are aware of HTML and CSS basics, move on to javascript.
Then, you master a tech stach like MERN (mongoDB - the database, E - expressJS, N - nodeJS (these help you build your backend), R - ReactJS ). This is a bit advanced but absolutely crucial to build a full fledged project.
