I want to be a kpop singer and join the Ive kpop group. But, my parents won't allow that and they're keep on saying that I won't get to do that. Even when I was practicing everything for what it takes to be a kpop singer and to join the Ive group for 3yrs.

I think your parents are just trying to tell you to keep your options open because there are many terrific jobs out there and they don't want you to close any doors that haven't been looked at because of the dream of being a K-pop singer. This is a good want in life, but I also think incase it doesn't work out you should keep your options open. Also, your parents don't always have to agree with you, but I think it's good to look at the expectations of joining a K-pop group and background information about it to present to your parents to maybe help them understand this is a passion for you.
I would ask to have a conversation with them privately
Talk about how you see their point of view in this
How this effects you emotionally
Why K-pop is so meaningful to you and why you want to do this for a living

Parents are always looking out for you even though it may not feel like that. Just keep up your chops and practice, practice, practice, your time will come and even when you least expect it. I know I will see you on stage soon and remember you can be a star and shine at any age.
