Property flippers can earn a wide range of income depending on their skill, market, and how often they renovate and sell houses. I would caution, though, that not every property will result in making a lot of money. Some property flips don’t break even or they even lose money, especially in volatile markets. Some other downsides to flipping properties are high upfront costs, unexpected repairs, and the work involved can be time-intensive and stressful.

The salary is based on my factors, a major one of which is location. The site below from ZipRecruiter gives a general idea and you can also narrow it down by specific locations that you are interested in. According to this site, the average in the US of a house flipper is $86,796/year.
