The hardest thing is caring for a patient who will not survive or caring for a dieing patient. It's really painful to see people go through alot of pains and you can't help. That has being the hardest part in this professional.

This depends. It could be many different things based on your skill set , personality, and environment. For new CMA's it could be time management but then as you learn the skills and with team work, that will improve. If you find certain skills particularly difficult, ask for help and be patient with yourself. You will learn every day!
