What steps would you recommend I take to prepare to enter Real Estate ?
What does a day as a real estate agent look like? How difficult is it for recent graduates of college or job training program to get hired for this job in the region ?

I also wanted to be in Real Estate when I was younger. What I found is that you have to be available at all hours of the day along with nights and weekends. The other benefit to that is that you get to make your own schedule. You will also need to have patience! Many home buyers don't always know what they are looking for and will want you to guide them. Good luck!

Real estate can be an exciting career choice! It requires determination and hard work, but it can be very rewarding financially. Having a genuine love for helping people is important because your clients are crucial to your success.
Try reaching out to ten or fifteen real estate agencies nearby and ask if you can intern with them before you graduate. If you've already graduated and are eager to start, look for a real estate group that offers training and helps you get your license. Building a strong network for referrals is key to your success. By giving your customers a fantastic experience, you will achieve great success!
