With starting her food service career at 15, Cassandra has spent nearly half of her life working in kitchens; with the last ten years working in medium to large scale artisan baking and production. Since 2014 she has held senior management positions at two of Rhode Island’s most recognizable bakeries & speciality shops.
In 2019 she started her own business, Cassandra Rehm Caterers, LLC. She ran her private catering business while maintaining her role as Production Manager while at Knead Doughnuts.
In the fall of 2021 she returned to her roots and rejoined the management team at Seven Stars Bakery. Overseeing a staff of 40 team members over a 24 hr production cycle, she helps guide staff (and the products!) to reach their full potential.
Her strongest attributes can be found in her leadership practices & her ability to develop formulas that contribute to sales for her current employer. During the winter of 2023 she began consulting local food businesses to help build out various bread and bakery programs in and around Providence.
