What skills or qualities do you believe separate a good cosmetologist from a truly exceptional one, and how can a student start developing those early in their training?
I am going to cosmetology school in December and I have heard after school some struggle to find clients and work. I would like to know how I can be successful early in this field in order to grow in my career.
