Can I talk to my colleges financial aid office to get more help with scholarships even if the FAFSA didn't give me anything?

I live overseas but I'm an American citizen going to an American high school, and I can't afford college without help. Will the financial aid office give me help if I ask? Or do I have to rely on third party scholarships to pay?

I want to be an interior designer, but i’m not good at drawing at all and that scares me. Should i give up this profession? I know that i love creativity and decorating, but i’m really bad at art. I don’t know what professon to choose.
