I usually utilize books, especially ones on individuals who achieved great things, after being dismissed or counted out by others.
I also have a video, from a documentary by "The Olympiad" producer Bud Greenspan, called "They Never Had a Chance" about seemingly normal individuals, who came out of nowhere to attain an Olympic Gold Medal.
Reading about people like this keep me motivated to continue towards achieving great things in my life.

🌺 Dear Jenny,
One of my favorite habits to stay motivated every day is setting small, achievable goals and celebrating little wins, like finishing a tough assignment or even just organizing my desk. It makes everything feel more doable and gives me something to look forward to. Also, I like to take short breaks and listen to music I love, it helps me recharge and come back with a fresh mind.
🌺 Just remember, it’s totally okay to have off days. You’re doing your best, and that’s more than enough. Keep going you’ve got this!

Hi Jenny, I use a multitude of strategies to keep myself motivated every day. They include:
1. Take care of yourself: I make sure that I am eating well and getting enough sleep. This helps me start the day feeling good and ready.
2. Stay upbeat: A positive attitude can open up new ways to do well in school and work.
3. Set easy goals: I pick goals that I believe I can reach and work towards them bit by bit.
4. Celebrate wins: When I hit a goal, I take a moment to enjoy it. This makes me feel good and keeps me moving forward.
5. Be around positive people: I hang out with people/friends who are happy and motivated. Their energy often lifts me up too.
6. Talk to your boss, teacher, or mentor. Let them know you want to stay motivated. They often have some great advice.
7. Choose happiness: Being happy naturally helps me get more done.
I hope these tips help you feel more motivated. I'm cheering for you and wish you success in everything you do.
Best wishes,
Professor Christiansen
