In addition to your Information Systems major, consider boosting your skills to stand out. Add these to your LinkedIn profile too.
Work on improving your ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders. Learn the basics of Agile and get familiar with a project management tool like JIRA or ADO.
If you can, though it's not required, getting a certification like CAPM or Scrum Master fundamentals can help you understand more and make you more competitive in the job market.

These are all great suggestions above. I'll keep it short and take a more general approach to success in the job market.
1. Use LinkedIn to build your network. Instead of cold calling, talk with an alumnus who works in the company you like.
2. Get your professors to write a recommendation post for you on LinkedIn, highlighting the keywords that support your quest for the given role.
3. Look for the ten best jobs out there, look at the description, and see what all the key words and skills they all call for. See if you can realign your resume or add some skills to plug these holes.
4. Last but not least, don't completely rely on AI to create a resume or LinkedIn profile. You can, and should, get some help to shorten it and keep it crisp, but put your words in it.

Meaning, you must demonstrate proficiency in the technologies you will be working in the present and ability to quickly learn new and emerging technologies coming up in the future, nevertheless do not forget that consulting and project management are people businesses. Hello! In addition to the good advice given so far, I'd encourage you, when you have time, to pursue certifications online. It might be useful for aspiring Project Managers to look into PMP certification. Or for aspiring Salesforce.com admins to look into Salesforce certification. The drawback is that there usually are feed associated with getting certified. But even if you are just taking free courses online, you can say on your resume that you are pursuing these certifications. Best wishes as you look to start your career!

2) Volunteer for a non-profit organization and lead a project to gain hands-on experience, ideally a project with multiple workstreams. Perhaps you can find a leader in the organization who can mentor you. Even if you use Excel as your tracking mechanism, this can be something you point to for hands-on experience.
3) Build your network -- this is key to finding a job. I suggest reaching out to members on LinkedIn who have project manager titles at companies or industries you are targeting, and ask for 15 minutes of their time to better understand their role and gain any suggestions.
