How can I master my study habits now and build my own business one day, so I can create a program that helps student-athletes like me break barriers and rewrite the future?

Mastering my study habits now is the first brick in building the future I dream of. By creating daily routines that balance discipline and flexibility — setting clear goals, breaking tasks into manageable steps, and allowing myself room to grow — I can build the mental toughness and resilience that every successful entrepreneur needs. Studying isn't just about grades; it's about learning how to think critically, solve problems creatively, and stay focused even when the path gets tough.

Hey Isabel, it sounds like you're absolutely on the right track with your mindset and approach. You clearly understand that mastering your study habits is about more than just academics — it's about building the foundation for resilience, discipline, and critical thinking, all of which are essential for entrepreneurship.

If I could add one thing, it would be to remember to cut yourself some slack from time to time. Ambition and drive are powerful tools, but it's equally important to recognise that rest and reflection are part of growth too. We're human — needing to pause, recharge or adjust doesn't mean you're failing; it means you're preparing yourself to go further in the long run. Balance isn't just about managing tasks, but also about looking after your well-being so you can stay consistent and sustainable on your journey.

Keep pushing forward, but don’t forget that resilience also comes from knowing when to rest.

I learned about habit stacking recently, and it has made an extreme impact on my life even beyond studying as that is behind me. Start small everyday and add a new habit to your routine, or extend your study time and find good times that it will work best with your schedule. The key is small repetitive consistent actions, that built great results!!

Love this! Sounds like you're on the right track. You can start this business as a side hustle now, slowly building while you're also working and/or getting further education. You could start taking your experiences and advice and creating a newsletter, blog, social media account or YouTube channel. This way, you can work on your content at your own pace, test the market and see what kind of interest and engagement you get from folks who are in the same position. There is a ton of free content on YouTube to help you get started if you're not sure where to start. It sounds like there are many who can benefit from your advice so my best advice is to just get started. It doesn't have to be perfect but get your voice out there :)
