Hello, Abderrahim !

If you could provide more detailed information about what you're asking about, you could get precise information and advice for this. It's difficult to say if you are asking for right now or four to six years from now, what exact position you are looking for, what country you have or will have your Bachelors Degree from, and if you are currently in undergrad school now or will be. The more information you can provide, the better someone can help you.

Since you are sure about McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain and Company and if you are ready to apply, apply to those firms. If this is for the future, you are going to have to check back with those companies to see if they still sponsor four years from now and how many international student slots they have at that time. You can e-mail their Human Resources Department.

Company's policies change sometimes so it's best to double check before you apply. There is a website called Handshake that you can use to see which companies have visa sponsorship. Do the exploring close to the time you graduate to make sure the data base of companies is current.

I am also not sure what you mean by "overseas", but if any foreign student obtains a degree in a country and then applies for work in a different country, they would have to hire a company to valuate and see how equal that degree is in the country they want to work. It also may depend on the exact subject a person gets their Bachelor Degree in. There is nothing general about this information and it all has to do with specifics. You also didn't mention what country you have or intend to get the Bachelors Degree from.

Many college degrees from Europe translate to equal value in the U.S., but on the other hand many do not. In some places, the Bachelors takes more than the American 4 years. This is why you will need to set out exploring the details and particulars and not general information because it doesn't work that way. It also depends on the decisions of the particular companies you apply to and they do not make that information public because it's a decision they make at the time they want to fill a position.

Companies that valuate foreign college degrees to American college degrees are the American Education and Translation Services and the Educational Testing Service. It is said that the fees for this service can be high. But keep in mind that the employer will have the final say for who they hire.

I hope this helps and I wish you well !
