Hi Samantha! Hope you are doing well. I am not in sports management but I am someone who is keen on networking and has always had a passion in learning different careers. I did event planning in the past and one of the jobs I had was a event manager in the TD Garden where the Celtics and Bruins play and I think that is one place I networked with a lot and people in different levels of sports. I would recommend applying to arenas, check on their website for job or internship opportunities. I would also look in different teams' websites and see if they are doing internships or when internship season is to start preparing to apply. Internships is the BEST way to network and connect with people who can potentially hire you or connect you to the right position. Hope this helps!
