Either path is a good choice. It comes down to personal interest and what your school offers. Health science is more broad than Biology. Biology is the traditional route for med school but not the only route. Shadow a dermatology professional or find a mentor to have someone in the field as a resource and get an idea of the day-to-day. You should reach out to an academic advisor at the colleges you're interested in to get more insight. You can also look at the curriculum of each program to determine in they're offering the prerequisite classes for med school and which track is most interesting to you. Medical school will prepare you for you dermatolgy specialty not undergrad. You have a great future ahead. Stay focused and motivated.
