What's more important, gymnastics or studying? Both are really important, but sometimes you have to put more effort into one than the other. It can be challenging, but when you succeed, you'll be really glad you did!

The best way to resolve this issue is to work ahead if you can. Ask your teachers for extra work on days that you can get more done, then on days you feel too exhausted from practice, you will not have to worry about falling behind. Make a set schedule for your every day living, accommodating each to the priority of that day. It is important not to tire yourself, but you can work diligently! Another tip can be limiting screen time before bed for appropriate rest, as well as leaving more time for things that may be important. All in all, remember to reach out to the authority figures in these activities. I am sure they'd be more than happy to help you stay on track!

Gymnastics is tough, so it's normal if your grades drop a bit on long practice days. You're not doing anything wrong; you're just handling a lot. The aim isn't to be perfect every day but to make your schedule work for you.
Try using free moments during the day to get small tasks done, like doing homework during lunch, a free period, or right after school. This way, when you get home tired, you're not starting from scratch. On busy practice days, focus on finishing the most important tasks instead of everything. Save harder studying for days when you have more time.
Don't hesitate to talk to your teachers if you're feeling overwhelmed, especially during competition season. Remember, balancing gymnastics and school is really challenging. Stay organized, keep adjusting your routine, and you'll find a way to make it less stressful.

Thank you for your question. Firstly, find a time management tool to help, eg Google Calendar, MS outlook, your phone calendar, etc
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend school every day
2. Put down the time on your sports practice
3. Assign some time every day on your assignment & projects. Review the material covered in the class everyday. If you have question, ask the teacher in next school day.
4. Make sure you have enough sleep
5. Allocate some time for leisure, friends & family gathering on weekends
6. Assign more time for revision early before assessment
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Create a weekly plan that includes time for gymnastics, school, and relaxation. Focus on what's most important and set goals you can achieve. Talk with your teachers and coaches to make any needed changes.
