As a college student planning for the future, what skills, experiences, and habits should I prioritize now to build a solid foundation for long-term career success? I’d like to make the most of my time—both academically and beyond—so I’m well-prepared to pursue meaningful opportunities after I graduate.
I go to East Stroudsburg University, I am on the track team, I am a sophomore graduating in 2028, double-majoring in finance and accounting with a 3.93 GPA

Looks like you have already accomplished much and can be proud of yourself! My suggestion would be to add a variety of volunteer opportunities to your list of accomplishments. Try doing things you haven't done before like serving meals to the homeless, spending time with a young student who is struggling with learning how to read, hand out food at a food pantry, etc. Look for activities which will give you exposure to a diverse group of people and ages. Note all the new skills you might gain such as leadership, service, team skills, etc.
In addition, you can feel like part of your life is also giving back to others who might not have all the opportunities that you have.
With every good wish and many blessings!

Hi Kamoni! It's really important to improve your networking and public speaking skills. These abilities are crucial in the real world. Often, you can discover and receive new opportunities through the people you meet and who are aware of your good reputation.
