What are some websites that make searching for scholarships much easier As of right now, it feels difficult to find scholarships that I am eligible for and are still open. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.?

I am a high school senior very close to attending college. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay for my full tuition without the need of loans. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated by both my family and I.

Hi Sean,

Here are some websites for high school students, especially for Texas students:
---FastWeb: https://www.fastweb.com/
---Scholarships.com: https://www.scholarships.com/financial-aid/college-scholarships/scholarships-by-state/texas-scholarships/
---College Board BigFuture: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/
---Appily: https://www.appily.com/scholarships
---CareerOneStop: https://www.careeronestop.org/
---ApplyTexas: https://www.applytexas.org/
---Bold.org: https://bold.org/scholarships/by-state/texas-scholarships/
---Get Schooled – Texas Scholarships: https://getschooled.com/article/5664-scholarships-for-texas-students/
---Texas Comptroller – Financial Aid Programs: https://comptroller.texas.gov/programs/education/msp/funding/aid/faidalpha.php
---Scholarship Buddy Texas: https://scholarshipbuddytexas.com/

There are Texas-specific scholarships (e.g., from Houston Rodeo, local chambers of commerce or community foundations) are less competitive than national ones, as fewer students apply. You can check your high school counselor's bulletin for Country/school-specific awards.

In addition, some scholarships reward specific traits (e.g., part-time workers, students with unique hobbies), platforms such as FastWeb let you filter for these niche categories to find less crowded opportunities.

Best wishes to you.
