How to manage studies for PG in MBBS and work during an internship?

I'm a medical student in my last year. From several people, I heard that internship is all about doing extrawork like a labour non-stop and you can't eat, rest or take a break.

I am hoping that India has adapted to how most other countries have improved the work hours and experience for interns and residents. In the U.S.A. trainees may not work more than 24 hours in a row, and no more than 80 hours/week. Although there are some advantages to the living in the hospital version of internship, we really want young physicians to live full, balanced lives while still devoting themselves to learning and to their patients. While a medical internship is notoriously intense and involves heavy clinical scut work, the "non-stop labor without food or rest" narrative is an exaggeration.
You will work long, exhausting hours, but you absolutely can and must find windows to eat, rest, and rely on your co-interns for backup.
Modern duty hour restrictions are stricter now to protect your safety, and surviving this final lap is mostly about smart time management and self-care.
