Congratulations on starting your BTech journey...
If your long term goal is to build a startup, joining an early-stage startup for a few years can often accelerate your learning more than a large MNC. However, it's not for everyone, as the work environment is very different.
In an MNC, you typically become highly skilled in a specific role. In a startup, you get exposure to multiple aspects of a business and learn how all the pieces fit together. You may find yourself working on product development, customer interactions, operations, and problem-solving beyond your core responsibilities.
If your dream is to build a company someday, startup experience can be incredibly valuable but only if you're comfortable with uncertainty, taking ownership, and learning things outside your job description.
My advice would be to focus less on finding the perfect placement and more on developing the ability to build products, solve meaningful problems, communicate with users, and understand business fundamentals. These skills will remain valuable whether you eventually join a startup, an MNC, or start a company of your own.
Wishing you all the best for your future and entrepreneurial journey!
