How to find a sponsor for my Masters studies I badly need one right now. ?

I have been offered a partial scholarship at an international university outside my country. It's hard to be financially handicapped when you want to pursue a higher degree and you are from a third world country with highly questionable government funds allocation.

I'm just a nobody who is looking for a financial sponsor right now and if I find one, I'll make sure they won't regret investing on me.
