Is Game design a good choice for me?

Hey, I'm in 7th grade and want to get an idea of what collage and profession I want to pursue. Originally I was thinking about graphic design but in all honesty after getting Cookie run: Kingdom and watching epic the musical (The animatic) I thought game design might be both more fun and a better fit for me here's why I think that:
-I like story telling
-I am good at/like world building
-having ADHD + Autism & think about things differently
-I think visually
-I can create 3D models of things in my head & turn them
-I can create & keep a lot of lore solely in my head
-I can think of & execute ambisius ideas
-When I put my mind to something I'll do it & that's that
Reasons I think I might struggle:
-Having ADHD I get side tracked easily
-if I hit a hard part I tend to just stop working on it
-I get easily overwhelmed by big projects + deadlines
-When I get overwhelmed I shut down completely
-W/ my dyslexia I have a hard time reading & spelling & might mess up on something importent
-I'm a perfectionist w/ things I really care about
-I have anxiety and might overthink things leading to getting overwhelmed
I would love your thoughts on thing & thoughts on good collages
for collages there's only three main things:
-I don't want to move too far (from Washington)
-preferably student housing
-Hands on programs
and being part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and having a not so common religion I'd love somewhere inclusive for all people (gay, all races, Therians, different religons)
Also anti-AI would be preferable
