What is the hardest part about being a researcher?

From my perspective the hardest part of doing research at a university is:
-its easy to lose focus on your goals because our are doing someone else's research
-Long hours for relatively low pay
-A lot of time research boils down to collecting data. This may data seems meaningless.

Hi Mira! to actually work as a psychologist, you need at minimum a Master's degree.
