Hi,
Working remote or Hybrid (2-3 days in office and rest remote) depends on which company you are working for. Some roles which are not customer facing can be fully-remote. Most of the teams have collaborative team environment, where more than 1 team members work as a group. Team work is an important aspect of work for most of the companies

Hello! It typically depends on the organization or company and position with regard to work location. Most positions can be remote, but some positions are hybrid (2-3 days in the office). Most roles will require individuals who are effective working independently and with teams.

Programmers can be remote, in-office or a hybrid of both. Depends on the company you work for. If you work as a contractor, usually, you can be more remote... but again, depends on the project/customer and company you work for. You must enjoy working with people as you will have to be on a team managed by a Project Manager/Director to ensure all objectives are met to satisfy the work/customer's requirements. Don't be afraid to ask for help from your peers, it is good practice to brainstorm together to acheive the best outcome. Do your best to become an expert in a couple of programming languages, and be flexible, and responsive. There are lots of opportunities for programmers, all over the world! Good luck!

Programming and IT are excellent career paths. If you have decided to pursue this direction, it is important to stay committed and be prepared for continuous learning, as the industry evolves rapidly.
Work environments and styles vary across companies and industries. Some organizations support long-term remote work, others require long-term office-based work, and many adopt a hybrid model. If you are just starting out, I recommend spending more time working from the office. This provides greater opportunities to become familiar with the work environment and your colleagues, observe and learn from others, and gain broader exposure and experience.
Workload levels typically depend on the company’s circumstances as well as your individual capabilities.
I hope this information is helpful.
