How can I decide between majoring in biology versus computer science?
I am interested in biology but are there more options in the future if I choose Computer Science?

Both fields have a lot of potential. Each can be started with Bachelors degree which can be the first step towards advanced degrees. Biology majors can pursue advanced degrees as you specialize in a particular field such as Marine Biology or Zoology or can let to a medical degree. The Compute Science major can also pursue advanced degrees as one specialize into fields such as cybersecurity or data science. Both of which are in high demand. You could even combine the two. I had a coworker who was working on Masters in CS and was a developer on a program used to map the bovine genome. So both fields offer a wide choice of options

Deciding between biology and computer science is quite a big decision. Both majors lead to quite different career paths but do sometimes intersect. For a biology major, most likely once you graduate with your bachelor's, most likely you would decide whether you'd like to work entry level research lab positions, or if you'd like to continue pursuing higher education, such as a masters degree, a PhD, or even medical/dental school. Normally, majoring in biology is accompanied by post baccalaureate studies in a related field. Compared to computer science, after graduating with your bachelors, most people end up joining and working in the industry. Very few people choose to pursue a higher degree of education with computer science as a bachelor's degree is usually quite sufficient for most roles.
