Does the IRS have good scheduling towards they're employee's?

What are the times available to go into the office? When do you get out? How many months do I have to be with the company to get a vacation? How many days off will I receive per week ?

Thank you comment icon Hello Ryan, I believe these might be confidential security questions for an organization, and discussing them publicly is not advisable. However, if you happen to know someone, you can obtain the necessary information directly from the officer. Wishing you the best! Mrinalini Singh

Hi, Ryan, I went to an internet search engine and entered "irs employee benefits" and this page popped up. I think it will answer your questions.

The IRS is pretty widely known for having really solid work-life balance. Government employees tend to stick to 40 hours a week or less, and the pace of work is not super fast. It will be most certainly 9-5 Monday to Friday, with possible hybrid days depending on the office. You will be paid and receive vacation on the GS scale. As it's the government, your hours will be pretty predictable and steady.
