What are some tips multi talented people looking for a job
I have talentes in multiple things because of my enthusiasm for my hobbies. But I want to find a good job for a 16-17 year old

Pick what makes you happy and what you truly enjoy doing. Being multi-talented gives you more flexibility and opportunities.
Getting a job is not just about making the boss happy. Although that is important. The job has to make you happy and pay you enough to keep you happy.

Do what you enjoy and focus on something where you could use your skills. I would also try to get into the field where I would see myself doing in near future.

If you find a job you love, you'll never "work" a day in your life. In other words, find a job with at least one aspect you enjoy.
Or, find a job where you can incorporate things you like to do.
Here's the adult part. :)
Usually, people don't love going to work, but it's what we've got to do, so find something about it that you enjoy.
Or, CREATE your own job / career / business where you can always do what you love.
Another thing, some times we have to choose between doing what we love, and making lots of money.
It's a hard choice, but doing what you love is always a good choice. :)

I'm not sure what types of skills you have, but consider working for an agency (rather than in-house), particularly a boutique agency, rather than a large one, as this will give you the opportunity to try out and build lots of different skills.
Research agencies in your field/city
Conduct interviews
Spend 1 year in an agency to try out lots of skills and see which ones you really like
