What is the best way to work on my cosmetology skills as a minor?
I had just started cutting hair a little over a year ago, when I didn't have a good stylist, and found out I wasn't bad at it, and I thought it was interesting. I kept cutting my own hair and found a passion for it, and tried my sisters hair. I'd like to branch out, and try other things on other people, but I don't really know the best way to self-promote. I've tried a few things, like doing my friends hair, but I'm not really getting anywhere.
