Thank you comment icon Hi! good morning! First check your self what you love to do and what kind of talents you've, and then challenge your self developing the skills you need to acomplish that. Sometimes in the mean time is all about what you need not what you want in order to reach your goal. Charly Rodriguez

Keyston’s Answer

The most challenging career can vary for different people. For me, not attending college meant I had to work hard to prove myself. To improve your knowledge, consider online courses or workshops related to your interest. Knowing what you want to do in life, career-wise, might come with experience and self discovery. In life, you might face obstacles, but with determination, you can overcome them.

Hi Maria,

Every career is difficult in their own way! Depending on what you want to pursue and your interests are, you can pretty much take into any field possible!

To improve your knowledge - my best advice is to be curious! When you find something you are interested in especially a career, to pursue it.

Enise’s Answer

Hello Maria,

The most challenging in our career will be our first time being in job sector as you will figure out how to carry your job role. The reason is that they will test your ability and capability in 30 and 60 days. If you handle and deal with the rules, adapt to work, and collaborate with your co-workers in most group works, you can continue with your job role.

You can improve your hard and soft skills, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and commercial awareness, you will improve your all the skills you have so far. Yet they may expect you to discover your talent and do your work passionately.

When you know you do your best career will be challenging to think about it, yet you may need to be tested; the reason is that if you will be affected by the work environment in a good/bad way, I would say you need to know and believe yourself. The best work you have done will be awarded and your make effort will be noticed, then appreciated.

Overcoming your fear, anxiety, depression, or possible failures, you may need to both look after yourself and find practical solutions for your manager. You can deal with your fear and possible failures, yet anxiety, depression can be challenging in most events. Therefore, I would suggest that you may need to have a discussion with your friends and family, and trusted workers who can help you during your job.

I hope this helps.
