Hello Katia! With a full time job, pretty much a quarter of the time you have in a week will be spent at work. So it is important to have a positive work environment and have good relationships with your colleagues. The amount of breaks and socializing you'll have at work will largely depend on your employer. One thing to note, while it is very conducive for ones work life to have work friends, it's also vital to keep these interactions professional and maintain healthy boundaries.
