Great question! I have found that the best way to kick start your career and land a job right out of college is to find internships! I would recommend doing various internships (during the summer as well while in school) in order for you to narrow down your interests/industry you're interested in. When I went through this process, I interned at different companies/non-profits (during the school year and the summer) to figure out what I wanted to do and this really helped build my resume, practical real-world experience, which ultimately helped me land my dream internship program. As a result of this dream internship, I was immediately offered a job post college in their management trainee program (junior position) that really set my career off.
