Hi,
The only advice I can offer you is that you cannot really expect anything specific...you will always be surprise, both in a good and sometimes a bad way...just be open minded with teens, listen and offer the best advice you can. FYI, I worked at an Alternative HS as a Job Training Counselor for 3 years and I loved it!
